Cancellation Policy / Non Attendance Policy

Once your booking has been confirmed by email the following policy applies:

Payment

Payment must be made in full, and the completed questionnaire must be provided 2 weeks before the date of the assessment.

If payment is not made at this time, or the questionnaire is not submitted, it will be assumed that you no longer want this appointment. It may be given to someone else.

Cancellation

Cancellation charges are as follows:

  • If you cancel 14 calendar days or more before the date of the assessment, you will not be charged.
  • If you cancel 13 calendar days or less before the date of the appointment, you will be charged a 50% admin fee. You will receive 50% of your fee back.

In either of these cases, you could choose to rearrange your appointment, but a 10% admin fee will apply.

Non-attendance

We regret that if you fail to attend your assessment without notifying ELT well, full charges will apply.

Cancellation by ELT well

In the unlikely event that ELT well has to cancel an appointment, an alternative date will be arranged.

If you have paid but are unable to attend any alternative date, a full refund will be given.
